- About to GCMCA 2026 !
The International Conference on Green Composite Materials and Civil Engineering (GCMCA 2026) will be held grandly in Zhengzhou, a hub city in central China. This conference focuses on the deep integration of green composite material research and development with civil and architectural engineering applications, aiming to build a high-level, interdisciplinary international academic exchange platform that brings together experts, scholars, researchers, engineers, architects, and industry decision-makers in the fields of materials science, civil engineering, building technology, environmental engineering, structural mechanics, and sustainable construction. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the development and performance optimization of high-performance and environmentally friendly composite materials (such as fiber-reinforced composite materials, biobased materials, and recycled aggregate concrete), the application and durability evaluation of green building materials in building structures, low-carbon building materials and energy-saving and emission reduction technologies, innovative practices of composite materials in bridge, tunnel, and infrastructure repair and reinforcement, intelligent composite materials and structural health monitoring systems, prefabricated buildings and green construction technologies, resource utilization of building waste, and the application of life cycle assessment (LCA) in building material selection. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, and engineering case sharing, we aim to promote the coordinated development of material innovation and sustainable construction. GCMCA 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "green leadership, material empowerment, and smart construction", and is committed to serving the national "dual carbon" goals and new urbanization construction, promoting the green transformation and high-quality development of the construction industry. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus.

All full paper submissions to the GCMCA 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of GCMCA 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to gcmca@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world.
